Well done to all Class 1 children for taking part in our Christmas Play. I was so proud of them all for learning their lines, the song words and all the moves. Their performance was a great success and I know they enjoyed presenting the show to their families. Thank you also to all parents for the wonderful feedback...we're glad you enjoyed it!

Homework Projects

I was very pleased to see the different projects that the children had produced at home over the past few weeks. They were really proud of their achievements and presented their work to the rest of the class who asked them questions and gave feedback on their work. It was a really positive experience! I am already looking forward to next half term's projects! Well done everyone!

Monday 5th November 2018

Today Class 1 began their work on writing a Bonfire Night poem. We watched a film of a bonfire and fireworks and then shared our ideas about what we had seen and heard. Together we created a class poem as a model to help them write their own poems tomorrow. I was really impressed with the children's vocabulary and ideas!
